Lumion is ok, but it's more about animation than stills, same goes for Unreal, Unity etc. so it's a lot of work to convince a client to pay for 3D visuals when they already have al those other costs. but now there are literally thousands of them, most architectural firms have a dedicated team, and the number of freelance individuals, setting up at home or in smal studios, is growing daily. It's all about money these days, simple reason is competition.īack in the beginning, there were very few arch viz artists, so they could charge what ever they wanted. but if you say it'll cost more than they are wiling to pay, they won't care if it's ready tomorrow or next week.
